After her fourteen second armbar victory over Cat Zingano, fight fans didn’t have to wait long to see Ronda Rouseys next fight, though it wasn’t in the cage but on the silver screen, starring in the film Furious 7 alongside Vin Diesel, the late Paul Walker and Michelle Rodriguez.

Playing the role of Kara, a bodyguard for a Saudi Prince, she finds herself confronted by Michelle Rodriguez character Letty Ortiz during the films hacking scene.

Marking Ronda’s first time working with an actress, she got quite the impression from her cast mate when filming their fight sequence.

“By the end of the day I was really impressed, I thought I was going to be working with a bunch of porcelain dolls. These were women who were so passionate about what they did; they were down to do whatever to make it look right.”

In what turns out to be an all-out brawl, Ronda and Michelle trade blows while smashing each other through walls, with vases and Michelle falling victim to some of ‘Rowdy’s’ trademark judo throws.

“She was like, ‘Really throw me into that door! I want it to look real,’” Rousey stated on Michelle’s performance. “Me and Michelle had so much fun, I was so impressed. She really was a joy to work with. I can’t wait to work with her again.”
