There are hundreds of different styles and schools of Chinese martial arts, variously referred to in aggregate as Wushu, Ch’uan Fa, or Kung Fu. Some names are based on the place of origin (Nam Pai Chuan / North South Fist), some on animals (Wah Lum / Praying Mantis), and some on body parts (Bak Mei / White Eyebrow).
However, earlier this year, Gabrielle Olya for PEOPLE magazine interviewed Kim Anami, a master of the heretofore little understood Vaginal Kung Fu. It seems like a cause to snicker and say something snarky, but Anami is sincere and legit.
She cites a number of benefits from using her methods, including confidence, more and better orgasms, elimination of urinary incontinence, healing on emotional and mental levels, increased libido, easier childbirth, a natural facelift, and the ability to shoot Ping-Pong balls out of your lady parts.
If you have lady parts.

“In the Vaginal Kung Fu program I teach, it’s about toning the pelvic floor and vagina with a weight training routine, and in the process, reconnecting a woman to her body and sexual power,” explains Anami, 44.
“Just like any muscle that isn’t being exercised, it will atrophy. This leads to numbness, dissociation and lowered libido. Vaginal Kung Fu invigorates the vagina so it can function as it’s meant to: a giver of multiple orgasms and life-changing pleasure.”
“I came across the ancient Taoist practice of vaginal weight lifting about 15 years ago. I tried it and noticed an immediate benefit. Not only did I feel vaginally stronger, but my orgasms were more powerful and pleasurable.”
“Seeing – and feeling – the difference, I began incorporating the teaching into my work as a sex and relationship coach.”
“I see this as every woman’s God-given right!”
