When two rowdy teens started a fight in a school classroom, the teacher decided to apply an improvised submission hold in an attempt to break it up.
The incident takes place at what appears to be the science lab of an unidentified U.S. school, with the two teens initially standing together at a computer terminal, before a disagreement quickly descends into a full-blown brawl.
The teen wearing the black top is the first to throw a punch, but it’s his smaller rival in the gray top who quickly gains the upper hand by unleashing a series of left and right hooks.
Black-Top falls to the floor under-fire and his rival does well to keep him down as he lands hard ground and pound strikes and then settles into side control.

At that stage the teacher can be seen approaching the two, with the cameraman stating, …and it’s about to be over in 3…2…1…
However, the two keep fighting, and so the teacher moves in and attempts to apply a makeshift rear-naked choke submission in order to get Gray-Top off the other teen.
Truth be told it doesn’t look as if he knows how to apply the choke properly, but he’s doing his best under trying circumstances.
Step off – both of you, the teacher commands, but neither complies and so he continues to work on the submission.
Step off or you’re going to go to night-night! the teacher warns, which causes the rest of the classroom to burst into laughter.
Moments later the teen on top finally moves off of his rival, and the teacher manages to keep them both at arms-length from each other as they cool off.

Clumsily applying a chokehold like this probably wasn’t the best strategy, but it successfully acted as a deterrent and no-one appeared to be badly hurt after the altercation, so hopefully the educator won’t be punished for just attempting to restore order in the heat of the moment.
