Let’s be honest here, the majority of people on this earth are not trained martial artists nor have the majority of the people on this earth been in any type of physical altercation more than a couple of times and most of those were probably before the age of eighteen. Therefore, it is safe to assume that you do not know how to adequately defend yourself…that is okay friend, Master Wong is here.
There are not many people that leave the house during the day or at night that intend to get into a street fight. There are some that do but those people are few and far between as the average Joe has no intentions of getting into a physical altercation…EVER.
Even more rare are the life threatening or life changing situations where a person may have to defend themselves because their life is quite literally at risk and to make matters worse the attacker may have a weapon, may have set a trap, or there may even be multiple attackers. In a situation such as this, the ability to adequately and intelligently defend yourself is paramount.

Neither www.mixedmartialarts.com nor myself promote street fighting or physical acts of violence in any form or fashion but there are those occasions that arise which simply require that you defend yourself or you may, in fact, be in grave danger…
In the video below, Master Wong shows you three simple yet effective pressure points that you simply must know to increase your chances of escaping any type of physical altercation as safely as possible. These aren’t fancy or ridiculous pressure points that you have seen from many martial arts but easy, effective, and useful maneuvers that will help keep you safe.
