Martial Arts masters have long been associated with their lightning fast movements and reflexes. For example the legendary Bruce Lee is one of the more notable examples with reports that his movements were so fast they could not catch them on film thus forcing him to slow down his movements for the audience.
In 2010 on the Guinness World Record set in Sydney, Australia, martial artist Anthony Kelly also known as the ‘Arrow Catcher’ who holds a grand master ranking in Hung Kuen Kung Fu among other titles, attempted to set the Guinness World Record for the most tennis balls caught within a one minute time frame with his bare hands.

Now the tennis balls were not simply being thrown at him which wouldn’t make for much of a world record, but they were going to be shot at him from a tennis ball machine with Anthony having to catch them cleanly and put them in the tub next to him.
After a gruelling one minute with a few mishaps, Anthony managed to catch 43 tennis balls to earn himself the world record. Next time let’s see him take on Serena Williams.

The book itself holds a world record, as the best-selling copyrighted book of all time. As of the 2016 edition, it is now in its 62nd year of publication. The international franchise has extended beyond print to include television series and museums. [source : wiki]
