At a park in Wales, a teenager went on a sickening rampage punching and kicking innocent bystanders. It is not just sickening, any martial artist watching wants to stop the bullying.

Three others, including two young woman, attempt to stop the assault. The next person the teen in green punches in the face is a woman in a long, tan coat. He then turns his attention to the other woman, punching her in the face, twice.

His despicable actions continue, as he turns his attention to the first man he knocked down, and kicks him in the face.

A bearded good samaritan approaches the teen bully and attempts to de escalate, not resorting to physical contact. However, the teen in green then hits that man in the face with a straight right. The bearded man steps backwards, but the teen is not done.

As one of the young woman pleads with him to stop, the teen can be seen punching the downed man in the face, over and over. And then he does the worst assault of the incident.

As the man is on all fours, the teen full on soccer kicks him into unconsciousness, before sauntering off as if nothing was going to happen.

The camera follows the bully as he walks across the park.

Then, justice.

Come to find out, it was not Thugs Can Do Whatever They Want Day. As the teen emerges from behind a wall obscuring the camera, a boxer, who watched the attacks from across the street, enters the picture.
