You might not be familiar with her but Mackenzie Dern could very well be the next big thing in Women’s MMA, à la Ronda Rousey. Dern is, simply put, a combat sports phenom. At just 23 years of age she already is arguably the greatest female grappler on the planet.
Mackenzie Dern decided to make the transition to MMA recently. Many fans and observers were eager to see the BJJ phenom compete in a cage. Well, she didn’t disappoint and won her two first bouts. Her most recent fight ended with an amazing submission that you have to see if you enjoy all things grappling-related.
The young star is a BJJ ace but she has other talents as well. Dancing, for instance. Dancing can actually be a pretty neat addition to MMA training as it promotes better footwork and coordination.
It appears that Dern is pretty serious about her dancing training and it definitely shows.

Let Mackenzie Dern show you that she’s (almost) as good as dancing as she is at fighting!
