Not everybody can kick like Anderson Silva or Conor McGregor, much less so in a street fight.

The man in the following footage probably thought that going for wild, flashy kicks in a street fight was a good idea. Unsurprisingly, he ended up in LaLaLand.

The footage starts with a group of people gathered in the middle of the street. Two men wearing respectively blue and camo shorts can be seen arguing; the conversation is quite heated. The two gentlemen end up throwing hands moments later.

The man with the blue shorts seems to have decent footwork. He goes for a big, wild right hook to the body that misses badly. He follows up with a double jab but the man with the camo shorts counters with a solid jab that connects. The man with the blue shorts isn’t doing terribly to be fair but he keeps dropping his lead hand, which is a pretty good way of asking to get tagged.

And welp, moments later the man in camo takes advantage of that by stepping in with a hard right hook that connects to his foe’s temple. The man with the blue shorts is getting dominated. What could he do to turn the tables?!

Instead of going back to fighting fundamentals he decides, well, to go full-on ninja. He throws a spinning back kick that results in… his shoe flying off on the grass. But fear not, for this ‘ninja’ has other tricks up his sleeve!

In fact, the ‘ninja’, not discouraged in the least, goes for another flashy kick. The result? He gets countered and is now lying on the ground getting head stomped. Is that really surprising though? That man’s style of fighting was pretty much an invitation to get knocked out. That’s what you get for learning how to fight while watching YouTube tutorials, kids.
