There was clearly no love lost between these two gypsy fighters as they engaged in a violent, back-and-forth bareknuckle battle caught on camera.

It’s not clear why the two men were locking horns, but it’s a deep-rooted gypsy tradition to settle disputes by way of a fistfight.

In the opening exchange of punches at close range it appears that the fighter in the white tank-top draws blood from his rival in the neon yellow t-shirt, and that forces a brief stoppage while the designated ‘fair play’ referees check that he’s ok to continue.

Neon is eager to get back into the action and as the fight resumes he’s able to land a couple of right hooks to the jaw of his opponent.

There’s a few untidy clinches and then Tank-top is able to find a home for two hard uppercuts that snap his rival’s head back, but he demonstrates a good chin by staying upright and continuing to fight.

Ignoring a bystander’s suggestion to just shake hands and end the fight, Neon wades back into battle and immediately unleashes a three-piece combo, with the final straight right landing flush to Tank-Top’s chin, flooring him.

Neon roars in triumph, but Tank-Top rises unsteadily back to his feet and against his better judgment decides to continue. Still on unsteady legs, it’s not long before he gets dropped for a second time as Neon lands a combination ending in a right hook to the jaw.

There’s a great deal of pride at stake in fights like this, so Tank-Top stubbornly picks himself up again and continues, getting knocked off-balance by another right hook to the temple for his troubles.

As Tank-Top starts to retreat into a defensive shell, Neon is able to open up with some bombing left and right hands, before eventually the referees are finally able to convince the two to call it a day.

There’s no doubt Neon was the winner here, but after earning each others respect in battle they shake hands and hopefully will be able to put whatever bad blood they may have behind them.
