Let me introduce you guys to Christian Vidal. This regular Joe was walking down Times Square avenue in New York with his wife when a group of three attackers assaulted her, grabbing her hair and pulling her.

How would you have reacted if this happened to you?

I mean, obviously you’d be pretty furious and eager to beat the attackers up. There were three though ; fear is a powerful thing, it can paralyze people. Let’s be honest, not anyone would have been able to display the same courage as Christian.

The guy didn’t even bother asking himself such question. The moment the thugs laid hands on his wife, it was game over for them.

After assaulting Christian’s wife, the thugs got after him. Christian didn’t have none of it though and fired back at them. A stiff right hand sent one of the attackers down, followed by a vicious punch to the face. The coward, still stunned, took advantage of a hat sent from the crowd which distracted Christian for sucker punching him multiple times and grabbing his wife by the hair again, violently throwing her on the pavement.

There are lines you do not cross. Christian, already furious, now turned into a beast.

Disgusted and heart-wrenched by the sight of his wife crashing on the pavement, he was a man few things could stop. Christian goes after the sucker puncher, and two heavy right hands to the jaw send the pathetic attacker unconscious on the concrete. The two other thugs, being cowards, start backing up and a last mean-spirited right hand from Christian seal the deal before the police arrives at the scene and cleans the mess up.

There are things you ought to protect in life. Family is one of them. Christian displayed the kind of courage probably most people would not have been able to, and I think we can all agree his reaction was both badass and truly inspiring.
