Everyone knows that one of the greatest Hollywood martial artists is none other than Jet Li. He ranks alongside Jackie Chan, Tony Jaa, and none other than the one and only Bruce Lee. Even to be mentioned in such company is an accomplishment in and of itself but to be mentioned as greater than some of the aforementioned names is nearly unthinkable…enter Jet Li.

Along with being in such elite company as the silver screen’s elite martial artists he is also amongst the names of the rare, elite, and oftentimes considered crazy, martial artists who do their own stunts. There is something to be said for someone who does not need the financial assistance that such work as being a stuntman provides and who actually has a body double and stuntman available to do the stunts for them…again; enter Jet Li.

Not only is Li one of Hollywood’s leading martial artists but he also, like one of his mentors Jackie Chan, INSISTS that he does his own stunts and performs all of his fight scenes. With all of that being said; how would Jet Li fair against a trained mixed martial artist? The video below aims to answer just that question.

Although this may be a scene from a Hollywood production and the scene was scripted it still gives us a few answers to questions that everyone has inevitably asked such as what techniques would he employ, would there be a size disadvantage, or what exactly would he be wearing for such an encounter? Well look no further as all of these questions and more are answered in the video below!
