At first glance this street fight appeared to be a total mismatch, but the smaller of the two combatants was about to prove the old saying that ‘the bigger they are, the harder they fall.’

It’s not clear from the video footage why the fight started, but it occurred at night in Lahaina, a town in Maui, Hawaii, with a crowd of onlookers watching on from the sidelines.

The shirtless fighter is the shorter of the two, but it’s the massive discrepancy in weight between the two that’s most apparent here, as his opponent is an extremely heavily built individual.

With that in mind Shirtless is wisely using his superior speed and mobility to his advantage, presenting a constantly moving target as darts in with one or two strikes, and then circles back out of range before his opponent has a chance to land any counters.

The big man’s labored movement also makes it easy for his opponent to avoid his predictable, telegraphed strikes, and though there’s always till a risk of getting caught with an unexpected strike, if the fight had continued in this fashion the larger man would likely have ended up becoming tired and frustrated.

That’s not how this fight would play out though, as in addition to his other attributes, it turned out that Shirtless also packed a punch.

Bursting forward with an overhand right, Shirtless landed cleanly to the big man’s jaw and the impact felled him like a tree for an impressive KO finish.

A few unnecessary ground and pound blows were landed afterwards, but others quickly intervened to bring an end to the fight before things got too out of hand.

Shirtless adopted a smart strategy here under the circumstances, proving to be an elusive target and picking the right moment to strike, rather than simply slugging it out toe-to-toe with his rival at close range, which would almost certainly have worked out badly for him.

With that being said, street fights like this are a bad idea and should be avoided if at all possible.
