It’s always hard to watch a timid kid being picked on, and if you’re the type of person that wishes that the bully would get a taste of their own medicine, then this is the video for you!

The incident took place at Elk Grove High School in Sacramento, California in September of 2016 and caused outrage in the local community.

The video begins as the teenage bully walks up to one of his classmates and shoves him.

The victim doesn’t respond and instead tries his best to ignore the aggressor, not even daring to look his way, but the bully is intent on starting a fight with him anyway.

Looking over at his friend to make sure he’s filming, the troublemaker then pushes the victim again and punches him in the face.

The timid kid makes no attempt to fight back, instead turning his back to the bully as he’s hit several more times in the head, though thankfully the wannabe tough guy is completely inept at punching and so isn’t doing much damage.

Nevertheless, it’s distressing to see someone getting assaulted like this and so it comes as a great relief when a bigger kid suddenly intervenes, grabbing the troublemaker in a headlock and dragging him to the ground.

Are you done? the good Samaritan asks the bully twice as he keeps him pinned down until the threat of further violence has passed.

Thankfully the victim of the bullying wasn’t badly hurt, and the youth who stepped in to help him was later hailed a hero on social media by parents, students and community members.

We encourage our children to stand up and do something to help whenever possible, read a statement from the family of the bullied teen. It is refreshing to see it in action.

The bully has since been disciplined by the school and was cited for assault by the police, although no charges have been filed.
