The clip begins on a street in England, where people have probably been fist fighting since the Romans. Maybe longer.
Martial arts should be used for sport under expert supervision, or for self-defense. Mutual combat on the street is not smart. There is a reason sport fighting is done on mats – if you are knocked out standing, your body can become limp, and fall to the ground like a whip, with the head reaching maximum velocity. Then the tip of the whip meets a curbstone.
Death can and has resulted from mutually agreed upon fist fights. If you really, really, really like to fight, get good enough to be paid to fight, don’t fight for free on the streets.
That said, mutual combat offers a window on what works and what doesn’t in reality.
The gentleman in jeans has some training. His hands are up, he is on his toes, moving his head, and he moves in and out.
The other individual is game enough to throw punches, but he is hapless. His hands are low, and he throws his punches neither in a straight line, nor in an effective arc, but rather wings them ineffectually. He then makes a classic mistake, seeking to avoid punches by bending at the waist.

This is wrong for a number of reasons.
It leaves you unable to move or throw shots properly, or even see. Worse, it leaves you almost completely vulnerable to several attacks, including a snap down, knees, and when the head is off center, a guillotine.
The man in jeans applies an arm in guillotine, that was basically handed to him. The intent to choke his opponent out is clear. He makes a number of technical errors, but the result is a never the less a quick choke out – fade to black.
While a choke out is a far, far, far more human way to end a fight than is knocking someone out with strikes, there is still potentially danger when applying the choke from standing. Once the other person is out and you release them from standing, the fall to the unforgiving pavement can be injurious.
In this case, the losing man does not appear to be injured by the fall. He does however convulse visibly. This is horrifying to a degree, but is not ordinarily a sign of serious injury. indeed, it is fairly typical of being choked out.
This altercation demonstrated the effectiveness of grappling, even in the hands of someone without much training.

It must be reiterated again that fighting on the street is dangerous, as well as being illegal in many places. If you have the desire to prove yourself physically, get to a combat sports gym, where you only beat up your best friends.
