Now there is a new Guinness world record, for kicking an object, in this case a football, off of people’s heads.

Ontario, Canada’s Silvana Shamuon kicked 59 footballs off people’s heads in 60 second, setting a standard of excellent that may never be reach, until Thursday. The incredible attempt took place at St. David Catholic School in Waterloo, Ontario.

Shamuon has been studying martial arts for 19 of her 23 years.

I wanted to break a record mainly to push myself and see what I am capable of,” she wrote on her application. “In the martial arts world you are constantly evolving and learning new things and I wanted to put everything I’ve learned in my 19 years in the sport to the ultimate test. I always strive to be the best martial artist I can be, whether that be for myself or teaching others.

Anyone attempting to break her record, please note, the footballs have to be on the head of someone 1.65 metres (5 ft 4.1 inch) or taller, and the foot must touch down between kicks.

The previous record most items kicked off people’s heads in one minute was 57, by Gaurav Goley in Bareilly, India, on 28 January 2015.
