Dustin Poirier has had a memorable 10 year run in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He’s gone from a World Extreme Cagefighting prospect, tasting the big time of the Octagon, to one of the most beloved lightweight fighters of his generation and a former interim UFC champion.

Now, the entire hits list for, one-half of Saturday’s UFC 264 headliner, can be viewed all at once.

Dustin Poirier has 12 finishes on his UFC hits list

The Louisiana native has earned an impressive 12 finishes during his tenure in the promotion, and quite a few have come against some of the best fighters of the decade.

Before he was a mixed martial arts household name, Poirier actually made eventual featherweight champion Max Holloway tapout in the first round of their 2012 booking. Three years later, he stopped another Hawaiian tough guy early when he scored a technical knockout win over Yancy Medeiros. Although Medeiros may not have the clout of others on this hit list, stopping one of the more durable fighters on the entire roster, in the first round no less, is still an achievement of note.

As a lightweight, the 32-year-olds finishing abilities truly shined. During his run at 155-pounds Poirier knocked out Bobby Green, made former division titleholder Anthony Pettis say uncle, stopped another champion in Eddie Alvarez in the second round of their rematch and is one of just two men to ever crack the granite chin of Justin Gaethje, and earn a knockout win on the former interim champ.

However, his superstar turning knockout of Conor McGregor in January will be played on his highlight reel forever. It is the only knockout loss on the former two-division champions’ resume.

Poirier will now seek to hand the gifted striker his second KO loss on July 10, inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The pair headline the event that kicks off at 6:15 pm ET on UFC Fight Pass with the early prelims. The main card pay-per-view, exclusively on ESPN+, starts at 10 pm ET.
