Bars, well all love to visit them.

From going to have a lunch, to having a few drinks after a long hard week at work or checking out the latest fights while getting a bit buzzed, the bar is always there for you to help unwind.

Unfortunately the downside of a bar is that when you mix alcohol and testosterone you will often get people who become a bit too rowdy, get too close for comfort and of course try to start fights with you.

So if you found yourself in an uncomfortable situation at a bar that required you to get physical, would you know how to diffuse the situation before it gets any worse?

In this edition of ‘Free Advise Friday’ from the Q103 Albany Rock Station Youtube channel, UFC light heavyweight Gian Vilante and UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis drop by to show the hosts Candace and Vinnie how to get themselves out of a potential violent drunken situation in a bar or a club.

Throughout the lesson Gian and Derrick go through a common attack which involves getting your butt touched by another person. From here the duo go through the steps needed to turn the tables on your potential attacker and walk away unharmed and untouched.
