As fans we are typically used to seeing mixed martial athletes in their absolute peak physical form after months of rigorous training and stringent dieting.
But haven’t you ever wondered how a fighter would fare if they were entered into an eating contest without having to worry about making a weight limit?

Well prior to UFC 180 which was the first UFC card in Mexico City, Luke Rockhold, Michael Chiesa, Erik Perez and UFC correspondent Megan Olivi entered themselves in a competitive taco eating contest to determine who was the Ultimate Eating Champion.
The rules were simple: Who could eat the most tacos within one five minute round or the first person to eat 25 tacos.
Despite Perez having a broken arm giving him an eating disadvantage, all the fighters spoke about their highly of their preparation for the contest which included eating training sandwiches. With that all said the four contestants sat down to a plate of soft shell tacos with all the usual trimmings plus water to help get the meals down to determine the champion.
