When you hear that a mixed martial artist has set a new Guinness World Record the initial thoughts that come to your head would seem obvious, world’s fastest KO in MMA history, most title defences, longest undefeated streak something, biggest payday in MMA history, you know something along those lines.

But what about the record for the most chicken eggs crushed in one minute?

Well former Strikeforce champion and UFC veteran Cung Le has got you covered as he made an attempt of that very record back in 2014 with the goal of beating the current record of forty five eggs crushed in a single minute.

Given his well-documented kicking abilities this record should easily be cracked by Sanshou stylist, as helpers from Guinness World Records set up the eggs on a parking cone and Cung followed up by throwing right high kicks to destroy the eggs within the time limit.

With his legs starting to fatigue it looked like Cung was going to crack but fortunately he didn’t chicken out and kept up an ‘eggcelant’ effort

After that was all said and done and the footage was reviewed, Cung Le managed to match the current record of forty five giving him a Guinness World Record title and leaving his leg feeling a little fried.
