TRAINING: I train one to two times a day Monday to Saturday, between jiu-jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and conditioning.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I have always enjoyed fighting since I was really little, and I have always watched boxing and MMA since I was a kid. So when I discovered a MMA gym in the town I live in (Kelowna BC) I went there and never left and eventually it evolved into me becoming a pro fighter.

What ranks and titles have you held? I won the King of the Cage Canadian lightweight championship at the age of 18. At 19 I became the King of the Cage world lightweight champion. Black belt in jiu-jitsu under David Lea

TRAINING: My training camp consists of “3 a days”. Strength & Conditioning in the morning. Thomas Lee Wrestling and RCJ Machado Jiu-jitsu at noon and Pitch Black Kickboxing in the evenings.

When and why did you start training for fighting? When I was three years old. My father was a professional fighter and owned a Karate school. All the kids in our family started training at age three.

What ranks and titles have you held? Five-time world champion kickboxer. I hold a 5th degree black belt in Tetsushin Ryu Kempo Karate, a 1st degree in Tetsushin Ryu Jujitsu and a Purple belt in RCJ Machado Jiu-jitsu.
