Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo have the most heated rivalry in the history of the UFC’s featherweight division. But imagine their history told through a different perspective.

Aldo is the only ever UFC featherweight champion since the UFC introduced the division in 2011 and has successfully defended his title seven times against the divisions best.

Conor McGregor stormed into the UFC in early 2014 winning five straight fights to earn a title shot against Aldo at UFC 189. Unfortunately Aldo was injured and Conor McGregor defeated Chad Mendes to become the interim champion.

During his time in the UFC, McGregor has antagonized Aldo and even more so leading up to the first time they were scheduled to fight and now second time. But what if all talk and heated emotions is really just masking the true story, a love story.
