When Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor originally squared off with one another at UFC 196, Diaz found himself victorious as he left the mixed martial arts community questioning McGregor’s grappling ability.
It wasn’t just that Diaz had defeated The Notorious, it was the way in which he did it. Forcing McGregor to take the fight to the ground after being tagged on the feet, where it only took Diaz a matter of seconds to take the back and secure a rear-naked-choke.

Fans clamored for McGregor, the featherweight champion, to return to his weight class and defend his title, but McGregor had other plans. According to UFC President Dana White, McGregor is obsessed with the rematch and believes that he should have never lost to begin with.
Will bringing in a grappling stud like Dillon Danis make a difference in their heavily anticipated rematch at UFC 202? Will this be enough to turn the rematch in his own favor? Or will Nate Diaz still find a way to defeat the brash Irishman? Let us know all of your thoughts and more in the comments after checking out the video below!
