The man UFC President Dana White once referred to as “big mouth” has officially extended his tenure with the mixed martial arts world leader.
MMAJunkie reporter Nolan King broke the news on Tuesday that 12 fight UFC veteran Kevin Holland (21-7) has come to terms on a new deal with the promotion.

“>@ko_reps. Holland fights Kyle Daukaus on Oct. 2,” King wrote.
The two losses referenced in the tweet are “Trailblazer’s” setbacks to Marvin Vettori and Derek Brunson in back-to-back months earlier this year. It is only the second time in his career that he has had consecutive defeats.
However, before the failures in his most recent Octagon outings, Holland had a massive 2020. Winning five straight, scoring knockouts in four of those victories, and adding now retired former UFC middleweight contender Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza to his resume by way of a first-round KO.
Holland, 28, originally earned his way onto the UFC roster by scoring a contract in 2018 on an episode of Dana White’s Contender Series.
The Texas native is set to return to the Octagon on Oct. 2 to face off with Kyle Daukaus.
