Mixed Martial Arts is a unique sport in the sense that it is comprised of many athletes who have crossed over from other combative sports. From Boxers to Wrestlers to Kickboxers, to BJJ players and more, they provide a solid foundation to build an MMA game around.

But combat sports are not the only foundations MMA fighters possess, as Jose Aldo and Kenny Florian both have backgrounds in soccer – which not surprisingly would contribute to their kicking techniques.

In the following clip ahead of their title fight at UFC 136 in 2011, Kenny Florian and Jose Aldo have a soccer showdown during an openwork to see who is the ultimate Soccer ball juggler.

Kenny Florian was a Soccer player for Dover-Sherborn Regional High School and then played for the varsity soccer team for Boston College in NCAA D1, whereas Jose Aldo hails from Brazil where Soccer is their national sport.

Check out their ball work below.
