Recently Jon Jones attempted a 600 lb. rack pull, a lift he states he has only been practicing for two weeks.

It seems like Jon Jones has really gotten into power lifting during his time away from the Octagon while serving a suspension. Jones has been very active on Instagram posting many videos a week of his feats of strength in the gym.
Recently he attempted a 600 lb. rack pull, a lift he states he has only been practicing for two weeks. Already incredibly talented, an amazingly strong Jon Jones is a scary thought for anyone in the UFC’s light heavyweight division.
