The above video is Holly Holm’s 2011 fight with Anne Sophie Mathis for the IBF and WBAN welterweight title, which the future UFC champion lost by seventh round knockout.

Holm recently won the UFC Women’s bantamweight title by knocking out Ronda Rousey in the second round, but as she recently told Good Day LA the experience can be positive and ‘life changing’:

“I hate that I’ve been on the other end, but I’ll tell you it was a life-changing experience for me. I really learned a lot about myself and about other people.”
