Holm recently won the UFC Women’s bantamweight title by knocking out Ronda Rousey in the second round, but as she recently told Good Day LA the experience can be positive and ‘life changing’:
“I hate that I’ve been on the other end, but I’ll tell you it was a life-changing experience for me. I really learned a lot about myself and about other people.”
