With his Ultimate Fighter Season 12 rival Josh Koscheck in his sights, Georges St-Pierre took a break to focus on a different kind of opponent, appearing on Criss Angel’s ‘Mindfreak’ in Las Vegas on August 10th 2010, pitting Magician vs Mixed Martial Artist.
Regarded as the greatest welterweight champion in UFC history, Georges St-Pierre takes on the infamous street magician in a punching contest which proves to be harder than anticipated.

Each taking turns punching the bag on a Boxer Arcade machine, Criss Angel managed to outscore St Pierre not just once but twice leaving the champ stunned.
Holy F***, no way! If I would fight Criss, I would go to the ground, I don’t exchange with him St Pierre commented on the score.
With the physical contest complete, Criss Angel brought St Pierre outside for a mental challenge. I want to get inside Georges St-Pierre’s mind. the magician states.
Presenting St Pierre with a series of books, he challenges the champion to choose one of the books, pick a page of his choosing and then memorize a word of his choosing all while Angel is not looking followed by Angel reading his mind and the word he chose.
A very confident Criss states I’m gonna try and get inside your mind and completely pick you apart right now.
Amazingly the magician cracked one of sport’s greatest minds and accurately guessed the word St Pierre was thinking, leaving the champ dumbfounded.
