There were a number of reasons former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey lost her title to Holly Holm. The #1 reason is that Holly Holm is an extraordinary fighter, arguably the best female fighter in combat sports history. However, some people close to Rousey have also cited the pressures of being famous.

Countless millions of people strive to be rich, successful, and famous. Ronda Rousey is rich, successful, and famous. But not all of it looks fun.

Exhibit A, today, is a lawsuit. It was filed, naturally, by a Florida man. It was spotted by BE.

“Comes now, the plaintiff facing imminent danger and bodily harm from Ronda Rousey who is a fighter for the UFC and I’m whistleblowing a major scandal here in court and fear Ronda Rousey will use her kickboxing skills and judo kick my head into submission to shut my mouth from whistleblowing against Rousey’s fraud, lies, manipulation,” it begins.

From there, it gets weird.

“Facts (sic)

“Ronda Rousey and the UFC is cheating the American Public. Ronda Rousey is really a man and pretending to be a Female in the UFC to Boost Ratings. I have Evidence to submit to the court of Ronda Rousey in Speedos showing her penis at a nudist colony in Dewey Beach Delaware. And Ronda Rousey used her prizewinnings from fighting to get a Penis Enlargement at a Jacksonville clinic.”

And from there, it really gets weird.

Hopefully the courts get the plaintiff somewhere safe for people with mental health issues. Like, say, Florida.

In rational news, UFC president Dana White announced that Rousey will not be the first opponent for new champion Holly Holm.

Rousey has contractual obligations to shoot a remake of Roadhouse, playing the role made famous by Patrick Swayze. Rousey has said she will return in July for UFC 200. But Holm and her team reasonably want a fight before then. And they go it.

While no opponent has been named, Miesha Tate is the obvious, rational choice.
