During his reign Chuck Liddell was one of the most recognizable figures of the Ultimate Fighting Championship alongside his rivals Tito Ortiz and Randy Couture.

With an extensive background in striking under the tutelage of his longtime trainer John Hackleman of The Pit, Chuck Liddell holds the record for the most victories via knockout in UFC light heavyweight history at ten, the most wins overall in the division at sixteen (with Jon Jones just behind at fifteen) and four title defenses to his credit.

So what are some of the secrets to the striking techniques of the Iceman?

In the following seminar footage Chuck goes over the techniques and nuances of his spinning back kick which he used against the likes of Vitor Belfort and Babalu Sobral inside the Octagon.

Throughout the lesson Chuck will go through proper pivoting technique, where to land the kick and how to be accurate as well as how to disguise the kick behind a feint.
