Ovince Saint Preux is the sixth ranked light heavyweight in the UFC and was an unlikely opponent for former champion Jon Jones. But when Daniel Cormier was injured with less than three weeks to his bout with Jones and nobody else was able to step in, Saint Preux was given the shot at Jones.
Saint Preux debuted in the UFC back at UFC 159 in 2013 with a decision win over Gian Villante. He is currently 7-2 inside the Octagon and most recently defeated Rafael Calvacante by decision. His fight with Jon Jones at UFC 197 will be the most high profile bout of his career to date.
