UFC lightweight Daron Cruickshank is currently out south of Boston visiting Lauzon MMA, home of fellow UFC lightweights Joe Lauzon and Joe Proctor.
Today they decided to have a little fun with a big pad and some side kicks. Watch as Cruickshank lands a jumping full force side kick to one of Lauzon’s poor training partners.
