The video starts with two men on a railing, one shirtless and talking trash, the other in a black hat and tank-top.

The shirtless instigator is talking about being from Africa, asking the other man if he speaks French, then saying that he speaks French…in French. He then grabs the hatted man’s shirt. The is told to let go at which point he waves to the camera and other bystanders asking, Why you scared of them? They not gonna do nothing.

The hatted man says, I have never been scared in my life. The bully then fakes coming in for a hug and snatches his hat away. The (now formerly) hatted man says give me back my hat. Give me back my hat.

The bully says No. No, And is in the middle of saying what are you gonna do’ when he gets locked in a one arm chokehold and bent over the fence.

It’s clear that neither man has grappling experience, although the bullied man smartly commits to the choke, using his free arm to grip the fence for counterforce. The bully drops the hat and tries in vain to pry the choking arm away.

After a few seconds, the bullied kid releases his hold and casts the unconscious bully down the stairs. He lands face first on the pavement. That part’s tough to watch. Some of the spectators run up to help and one woman says stop chewing, stop chewing.

Then in a show of bravado, the now conscious bully begins doing pushups on his fists, with his pants down and blood leaking from his face. He gets up wobbly and asks, who did that? Then he walks back up the stairs, presumably for another beating, while the camera zooms in on the blood.

Another classic example of a bully getting destroyed, though it’s always unfortunate when someone is injured unnecessarily.
