A road rage incident leading to a knockout punch was recently captured on video, but surprisingly, the man who ate the punch is the one who wound up behind bars.

The video was shot after a father followed a young male to his Albuquerque home after a traffic altercation involving his son. The young male was allegedly drunk and brandishing a weapon at the time of the altercation, and the boy’s father did not seem to take too kindly to it, judging by his response.

He is seen here in a black shirt and shorts, exiting his pickup truck to have it out with both the young male and his father in front of their suburban home, while a concerned neighbor records the incident in its entirety.

It’s not long before things turn physical and the young male charges forward at the angered father— unfortunately with his chin leading the way. The man in black shorts subsequently drops the young male with a solid right and renders him unconscious. Both fathers remain on the street arguing while the young male is struggling to regain consciousness, however, it’s not long before he comes to and joins his father to chastise the man once more. The man eventually drives away with no further incident.

When police showed up, the young male confessed that he’d been drinking and was arrested for aggravated DWI. The father who landed the knockout blow was not charged.
