Fighter ends backyard challenge match in dominating fashion!
This clip starts off with the other guy tying his shoes for almost a minute! At first it seemed like he was just stalling as if he didn’t want to be there in the first place.
He did fight hard, though. One of his problems was that he was up against a guy who obviously had training in either MMA or Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, or some combination.

If you don’t have any training in realistic martial arts, it’s not very likely that you’ll come out on top against a trained fighter. This fight in this video is a perfect example of that.
Everyone does have a puncher’s chance, though. I guess that’s why they have the fight in the first place.
According to the Internet, the shirtless guy’s nickname is ‘Jamaican Rudeboy’, and the other fighter in the black shirt and black shorts goes by ‘Bad News’. He definitely delivered some bad news to his opponent.

Five things you can do to start becoming a fighter:
1. Commit to a rigorous workout regimen. Professional fighters train for months before so much as entering a ring; amateur fighters should try to do the same to not only reach their peak physical condition, but also perfect basic techniques. Do cardio, work your core, and lift weights.
2. Eat foods that fuel your body and build muscle. In addition to watching your intake of vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, and water to combat workout fatigue and the buildup of metabolic waste, emphasize healthy proteins to build a little muscle density, and good complex carbs to keep your body’s energy reserves full.
3. Learn how to throw a punch. Start with a basic punch, (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut) making sure to practice with both the dominant and weak hand.
4. Learn combinations. Individual fighting techniques are useless on their own; performed in a calculated sequence, however, they can take an opponent out.
Learn how to not only combine moves from your chosen field of discipline, but also how to counter such combinations. In boxing, the most basic combination is a jab followed by a cross.
5. If you are bare-knuckle fighting, condition your knuckles. This will make your nerves less sensitive.
There are a lot of things you’ll need to do to become a good fighter. Those 5 things listed above are just a place to start. Good luck!
