Gas station attendants often deal with customers who can be a little tough to handle. Especially at a 24 hour gas station. In this clip, a visible aggressive customer is having some sort of verbal altercation with the gas station attendant.
The footage seems to be from the business’s security camera and as the video begins, you can see the gas station worker calmly walking around near his pumps with his hands in his pockets. Shortly after a man (seen in purple) aggressively approaches him, pushing him with one hand and raises the other as he was going to strike.
At this point, another worker comes into the scene (we assume as he’s wearing the same shirt). The first backs away and it’s this time we can see a police officer approaching the situation from behind the aggressive man.
As the audio is unclear, we are unsure what words were being exchanged. Without warning, the police officer sweeps out the man in purple’s leg sending him plummeting to the ground hard.
The man is taken by surprise as he turns up to see a police officer who quickly pushes him with his foot to keep him on the ground. The police office is saying something to him, but again it’s unclear. What is clear is that the police officer is not happy and the mean seems to be trying to explain himself or talk back.
At this point a second officer arrives on the scene and look to start searching the man for a weapon. The two officers continue to question the suspect and the footage ends.
And just for fun, we see the perfectly executed foot sweep in slow motion.
