Watch the video below as Iron Mike teaches what he considers to be the basics of boxing!

If you could choose to receive a boxing lesson from any man on the planet, Mike Tyson would be a great choice. Most remember him for his crippling, raw power, but that alone isn’t enough to reach the level of success that Tyson did. In his prime he was also one of the most technically proficient heavyweights to ever compete.

MMA Legend Bas Rutten has told a story about a time when Brian Urlacher challenged to fight him on the street without knowledge of who Bas was. By the looks of this video, Urlacher’s life might have been spared that night when someone intervened to stop them duking it out.

Can you throw a punch better than these guys (excluding Mike, of course)? What would you do for a boxing lesson from the one and only Mike Tyson? Let us know in the comments!

Tyson was well known for his ferocious and intimidating boxing style as well as his controversial behavior inside and outside the ring. Nicknamed “The Baddest Man on the Planet”, “Kid Dynamite”, and “Iron Mike”, Tyson is considered one of the best heavyweights of all time. He was ranked No. 16 on The Ring’s list of 100 greatest punchers of all time, and No. 1 in the ESPN.com list of “The hardest hitters in heavyweight history”.
