At the the FPAMI Krav Maga school, Ricardo Pinto and his team drill live against opponents with a baseball bat. They practice real life situations to be ready to use them if ever forced to do so.

Head coach Ricardo Pinto states that at his school they have ‘students of all ages, men and women, and all with different objectives, but one thing in common. They all want to learn to defend themselves and survive any kid of violence and that is exactly what he teaches at his school.” He believes the techniques are simple, but effective and can be learned in a short time by people of any physical stature to defend themselves.

Krav Maga is an Israeli system of self defense for hand to hand combat. It includes defense against various types of weapons and includes fighting from a stand-up position and on the ground.
