In his latest video, Master Wong teaches how to defend yourself against someone who attacks you with a knife after sitting next to you on a bench.
In this scenario, Master Wong find himself having a nice sit in the park when a man sits next to him. Out of nowhere, the man turns and attempt to stab Master Wong who skillfully reacts and puts the man down.
Master Wong explains he wanted to teach this scenario because it was a question a fan asked him about a situation he found himself in. He explains that the first line of defense is always to be aware. Next he explains that you should keep an eye on the person if you feel uncomfortable. Once you see an attack coming, use your forearm to attack his arm, not the knife, then use the other arm on the inside to grab the attacking wrist. Next use your head to drive his head away and then twist his arm inward and force the knife into your attacker.
