Following up on our last installment of Conan O’Brien learning the art of Taekwondo board breaking, in this segment Conan O’Brien teams up with martial artist and stuntman Steven Ho to demonstrate the intricacies of self defence against knives and guns.

Starting off with a typical gun mugging scenario, Steven explains to the Conan the preferred range and distance one should be against someone wielding a gun he wants to be in if he wants to survive whereas Conan proceeds to call Steven Ho a hoe.

From here Steven proceeds to distract Conan with a question which allows him the split second opening to apply the disarming technique of the weapon which involved Steven moving off the centre line and grabbing the muzzle of the weapon, following by a strike to the forearm to retrieve the weapon.

Further on in the segment Conan then demonstrates what he has learnt on a different assailant and as well as learn the dangers of being attacked by a knife which leaves Conan looking a little more red than usual.
