Conor McGregor may have bit off more than he can chew when he took aim at professional wrestlers during a recent UFC 202 media event:

“For the most part, those WWE guys are p***ies, to be honest,” replied McGregor, as transcribed by Marc Raimondi for MMA Fighting. “They’re messed up p***ies, if you ask me. Fair play to Brock, he got in and fought, but at the end of the day he was juiced up to the f***ing eye balls, so how can I respect that? And then what’s the other guy? The other guy hasn’t fought yet, so I don’t know about him yet.”

McGregor later apologized for his statement on Twitter:
