White to be credentialed media for Mayweather/Pacquiao
Yahoo’s Kevin Iole revealed on the MMA Hour that UFC President Dana White will serve as an analyst for Yahoo during this weekend’s big boxing fight.
This weekend the UFC will not hold an event, so it will not compete with the boxing mega fight of Manny Pacquiao versus Floyd Mayweather.
An interesting move, today Yahoo’s Kevin Iole revealed on the MMA Hour that UFC President Dana White will serve as an analyst for Yahoo during this weekend’s big boxing fight.
Iole said they had tried to secure a big name in boxing to work as a special analyst, but it didn’t work out and then he had the idea of using White. White has a background as a boxing instructor and manager and is high profile position in combat sports may help attract MMA fans to their coverage of the fight.
