White: The UFC can live without me, 100%

MiddleEasy’s Layzie the Savage caught up with UFC president Dana White, whose face has become synomymous with the company, and talked about when he might retire.

“I know how much work there is to do, and I am so arrogant about it (that) I honestly believe nobody else can do it. I honestly believe that.

“Listen, the UFC can live without me, absolutely 100%. The dude who started f—— McDonalds is gone. Dave Thomas is gone.

“But I know what I want to do. I still know what needs to be done. You know? Once I do that, I am pretty comfortable, with saying ‘OK’ you know?

“And I have to be aligned with the Fertitta brothers, too. I can’t get to the point “OK, I’m outa here, thanks guy, I’m leaving… We’re partners.”

“Still seven or eight years.”
