“Hang on for a second is this what happens when you replace TRT with TNT?” said Chris Weidman of an image that appeared to show a diminished Vitor Belfort.

Vitor Belfort became the poster child for Testosterone Replacement Therapy. When TRT was banned from mixed martial arts, Belfort said the lack of TRT would have no effect on his performance vs. Chris Weidman at UFC 181 on December 6, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“I’m like an animal,” said Belfort as transcribed by Guilherme Cruz for MMAFighting.com. “TRT doesn’t give you spinning kicks, uppercuts. You can put TRT in your body. Look all those guys that were on TRT, they didn’t have good performances. Why? That’s the question.”

“I spent a lot of money in testing myself. It is what it is. It’s gone. No more TRT. Now, it’s TNT.”

When an image surfaced that appeared to show Belfort notably diminished in size, Weidman took the opportunity to talk a little trash.
