Waterson (12-4 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will face The Ultimate Fighter 20″ contestant Angela Magana (11-7 MMA, 0-1 UFC) at the event, which airs on FOX Sports 1 at an as-yet-unannounced location and venue in Florida.
UFC officials announced the matchup late Wednesday evening.
Waterson will enter her debut following her first defeat in nearly five years. She suffered an upset loss to Herica Tiburcio at Invicta FC 10 in December and lost her 105-pound title in her second defense.
