LOS ANGELES – ONE Championship and Amazon Prime Video are set to hold a joint press conference at The Novo to officially launch their multi-year broadcast partnership.
The press conference is free and open to the public.
As first announced in April, the two organizations have agreed on a deal which will see a minimum of 12 annual ONE Championship events broadcast live in the U.S. and Canada in North American primetime.
ONE Championship chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong, Amazon vice president of global sports video Marie Donoghue, and ONE vice president Rich Franklin are all scheduled to attend the press conference to address the media.
Several top ONE Championship athletes are also scheduled to attend, including ONE flyweight world champion Adriano Moraes, 12-time flyweight MMA world champion Demetrious Johnson, ONE women’s atomweight world champion Angela Lee, ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon Singha Mawynn, former two-sport ONE world champion Stamp Fairtex, former ONE flyweight muay Thai world champion Jonathan Haggerty, 17-time Brazilian jiu-jitsu world champion Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida, and submission grappling superstars Mikey Musumeci and Danielle Kelly.
