UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez (9-0 MMA, 7-0 UFC) is expected to attempt his first title defense when he meets Junior Dos Santos (12-1 MMA, 6-0 UFC) at UFC 138 on Nov. 19.
UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta confirmed the tentative plans with “The Los Angeles Times” on Thursday.
Although not official, the event is expected to take place Nov. 19, likely at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, Calif.
