Hi Guys, this is Vladimir Matyushenko here. A lot of positive things have been going on so I thought it would be a good opportunity to catch-up with the fans.

I am thinking of doing another Q&A on the forum. My training camp is getting really busy, but I will do my best to get on here before I head up to the mountains. I will be doing a lot of altitude training before I go to Colorado…so my schedule is a little crazy at the moment. Worst case, I will definately do another one after my UFC fight on March 21st.

My signature Matyushenko Tapout shirt has been released. Tapout debuted it at the Magic Show in Vegas and it got amazing responses!! The design is one of the best Tapout has ever done. Also, I am going to be on Inside MMA this Friday on HDNET. We had a great panel with Kenny and Bas.

After my fight, I plan on doing some cool interactive stuff for the fans. I will keep you all updated on that once I get more news.

Also, on April 3rd, Antoni Hardonk, Jared Hamman, and I will be doing a non-profit seminar for a foundation that puts together an annual summer camp for kids living in foster and dependancy care in Los Angeles. The age of the kids run from 7 – 11 years old. It is a really important cause that we are all committed to. Jared Hamman got us involved with it.
