Early this week the UFC announced two main events for the UFC on FOX 2 card scheduled for the end of January in Chicago. The UFC also implied there would be third main event caliber fight:
“UFC on Fox 2 will have three headliners, we just haven’t announced the other one yet,” White toldMMA Fighting, having already announced Rashad Evans v Phil Davis and Sonnen v Munoz.
He was then asked, ‘Are you implying Bisping may be on that card as well?’, to which White replied: “It’s a possibility.”
Michael Bisping, fresh off his win over Jason Miller, is now on his way to Chicago, which just happens to be the location of the UFC on FOX 2 press conference scheduled for Wednesday. Nothing is confirmed, but signs are starting to point to Bisping fighting at the event.
