The Underground Store has many thousands of items from many dozens of brands:

Affliction, American Fighter, Atama, Athletic Body Care, Bad Boy, BJJ Life, Break Point, Century, Combat Sports, Contract Killer, Death Clutch, Dethrone Royalty, Diamond MMA, DO OR DIE, Ecko Unltd., Elevation Training Mask, Everlast, Fashion Has Heart, Fight Chix, Fight Dentist, FORM Athletics, Fuji, Gameness, Hayabusa, Headrush, Iron Star, Jaco Clothing, JAKKS Pacific, KORAL, McDavid, Metal Mulisha, Mission Athletecare, MusclePharm, No Mas, Punch Buddies, PunchTown, Punishment Athletics, Ranger Up, Revgear, Ring To Cage, Roots of Fight, RVCA, RYU, Shock Doctor, Silver Star Casting Co., SPRAWL, Stroops, Tatami, Throwdown, Tri-Coasta, Triumph*United, True Honor, UFC, Under Armour, Venum, VXRSI, Xtreme Couture.

I don’t love everything in the store. I don’t get Metal Mulisha for instance. If someone could explain it, I’d be grateful.

But some of the stuff I love, and most people on the site don’t even know we have a store. So every week or so I’ll try to spotlight something. Today it is grappling dummies.

I have used them since 1980 I think, or 79, and love more than Roy Nelson hopes he doesn’t get 100k likes. There are nine different grappling dummies in The Underground Store, from three brands – Bad Boy, Century, and CSI.

Bad Boy offers a 50 lb dummy bag and training glove and skip rope combo. At $119.99 it is a good value, but I am a little tall for a 9′ jump rope, and I hit the ground bag with bag gloves not training gloves.

Century has ground bags at four weights:

Century UFC Black/Red Grappling Dummy 50 lbs.$119.99

Century UFC Black Grappling Dummy 70 lbs. $199.99

Century UFC Black Grappling Dummy 100 lbs. $219.99

Century UFC Black Grappling Dummy 130 lbs. $239.99

At my gym I just take bags that are too old to hang anymore and wrap duct tape around them and it works well enough. The contoured heavybags are cool, but not to me worth the extra cost beyond duct tape and a dead bag, which is five bucks or something.

CSI has four full Dummies. I love these.

The Grappling Dummy with legs does not stand up nearly as well as any of the three “Thai” dummies. Only think I can think of you can do uniquely is leg lock it, and I would feel dumb doing that. Dunno why.

The “Thai” grapplng dummies are my favorite!

Combat Sports Thai-Clinch Grappling Dummy 90lbs.

Item# csi-1100

$199.99

Combat Sports Thai-Clinch Grappling Dummy 120lbs.

Item# csi-1101

$229.99

Combat Sports Thai-Clinch Grappling Dummy 140lbs.

Item# csi-1124

$249.99

I don’t need the 120 or 140 lb versions – get a really tough workout just from working a souplesse and strikes and whatever explosively with a 90 pound bag, so my #1 grappling dummy recommendation is Combat Sports Thai-Clinch Grappling Dummy 90lbs. $199.99

If you have other experiences or opinions post them. Just no stuff about sex, even if it was a really cute Grappling Dummy that is not normal.
