This is my mate Scott Lawton sparring Eddie Hall, this thing is going viral, it’s everywhere lol 

The larger gentleman is The UK’s strongest man, Eddie Hall. He stands 6′ 3″ tall, and weighs in at 320 lbs. And in the other corner, also hailing from the United Kingdom, weighing in at 140 lbs, Scott Lawton!

There was a time when most young men wanted bulging muscles, so they would be respected by their friends and feared by their enemies. During those times, the ratio in body building competitions was 7 competitors in the 18-29 class, for ever one in the 30+ divisions. That figure has now reversed.

Thanks to mixed martial arts generally, and Royce Gracie in particular, it is now widely understood that having large muscles is not as useful in a fight as is large skill. Or even some combat sports skill.
